Oasis Group, an Irish company active in data & document storage, acquired all of the shares of De Graaf Archief Beheer, a Dutch company active in archive storage and document management.

NPM Capital, the private equity company of the family-owned group SHV, acquired a 35% interest in Ohpen, a rapidly growing Dutch fintech company, from Amerborgh International. 

Private equity company Bencis acquired a majority stake in AIO II B.V. from Bolster Investment Partners, which acted on behalf of Van Lanschot Kempen. AIO II is the holding company of Medsen Pharmacies and Ceban.

GSS, a call center company operating across three continents, was sold to Covisian, one of the leading Italian companies in outsourcing business processes.

Nets Group, a market leader in the payments industry, established a strategic alliance with Przelewy24, one of the leading online payment service providers in the Polish market.

Danish Medical Data Distribution (DMDD), the leading provider in Denmark for digital laboratory analysis requisitions, was sold to Synlab.

Intersaction, a long term growth-oriented investor, acquired a majority stake in TASK.

BrainSHARE IT, provider of SaldeoSMART, a leading cloud solution for accounting practices and accounting departments of small and medium businesses in Poland, was sold to Visma, a major Nordic software provider operating in the business segments of SMB, enterprise, commerce solutions, custom solutions, and cloud infrastructure services.

Olivotto Glass Technologies S.p.A., an Italian company active in the design, engineering, and sale of machines and plants for the manufacturing of hollow glass items, was sold to the Chinese listed group China Glass Holdings Limited (HK:3300).

BB Capital Investments acquired a majority stake in Sparkling Society, a developer of games for mobile devices. The game company will use the investment to further expand its position within the ‘city building games’ segment.

Starhome Mach, a provider of wireless mobility solutions, was sold to Telarix Inc., a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners for USD 100 million.

Dumona, a French leader in professional substrates, potting soils, and production of plant‐growing material, was sold to DCM France, the French subsidiary of Groupe DC, a Belgian family‐owned group specializing in the production and distribution of plant care, animal care, and environmental care products.

SRM Opleidingen, Dutch educational institution for professionals in marketing and communication, was acquired by Dutch educational group NCOI Holding.

Van der Luyt Transport, a perishable goods transport company, and Van der Luyt Selfstorage, separate business unit of storage boxes leasing, were sold to De Wit Transport.

Richard Wellock & Sons Ltd, a food distributor, was sold to William Jackson Food Group.

Voice Mobile Limited, a market-leading provider of mobile phone solutions, was sold to Daisy Group Limited, a business ISP and IT supplier.
