Clarity Software Group, a high-growth SaaS business, was sold to US-headquartered Inktavo.
Founded in 2001, Clarity Software is a Management Information System (MIS) software vendor specialising in job pricing, inventory management, and production management for the sign and graphics industry and other markets. Clarity is based in Solihull, UK and has a longstanding global client base.

Inktavo’s comprehensive suite of software enables businesses to increase sales, streamline communication, maximize efficiency, and scale production processes. The acquisition of Clarity will further enhance Inktavo’s product offerings and expand its geographical reach with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Management Information Systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) solutions.
