VP Capital, the investment company of the Van Puijenbroek family, has acquired Hydrowear, a family business brand for high quality industrial workwear and waterproof protective clothing.

Hydrowear, based in Emmen, The Netherlands, is a family business which designs, develops, and manufactures high quality industrial workwear and waterproof protective clothing for various industries.

The acquisition is an important step in realizing the ambitions VP Capital has in the Textile segment, one of the eight focus areas of the company
