Clairfield advises The Executive Network on the sale to Lincoln
The Executive Network, a leading Dutch agency for high-end executive search, sold a majority of shares to Lincoln, the French market leader in Talent & Career Management, backed by The Talent Club.
The Executive Network focuses on filling management and supervisory positions in various sectors such as business and financial services, the (semi) public domain, real estate, healthcare, private equity and family businesses, and agriculture and food. TEN was founded in 2010 and is based in Wassenaar, The Netherlands.
Lincoln is significant in the talent management and talent representation consulting service industry. It has been identified as a key player in the executive search sector. Lincoln, founded in Paris in 1992, is backed by The Talent Club, an international federation of companies specialized in the management and representation of talent.
The acquisition paves the way for the international expansion of TEN’s network. The newly formed proposition increases opportunities to provide multinational customers with the best talents worldwide.
