Clairfield advises NPM Capital on the acquisition of a 40% interest in Ploeger Oxbo Group
NPM Capital, the private equity company of the family-owned group SHV, has acquired a 40% interest in Ploeger Oxbo Group, a Dutch manufacturer of agricultural equipment, from the joint holding of Synergia Capital Partners, VDL Participaties, and Bolster Investment Partners.
Ploeger Oxbo Group is a leading manufacturer of specialized harvesting equipment, dedicated to supplying high quality, innovative products and superior customer service to agricultural customers around the globe. The group includes the brands Bourgoin, Oxbo, Ploeger and PMC. By acquiring Ploeger Oxbo, NPM Capital expands its agri-tech portfolio with a company that creates new technologies for the agricultural sector and entails a strong growth potential.
