Azalp, a pure e-commerce player of gardening products such as sheds and tools, was partly acquired by new management.
Azalp is an pure e-commerce player selling sheds, canopies, pools, sauna’s, log cabins and garden chalets to consumers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Since 2012 it operates an experience centre for consumers. The company is headquartered in Etten-Leur and was founded in 1998.
Azalp expanded its management team through an MBO/MBI. New management acquired part of the shares from the company’s founders.
Clairfield acted as exclusive financial advisor to new management.
