Clairfield advises INNAX on the acquisition of Technion and De Installatiedesk

INNAX, a Dutch consulting company offering sustainable energy solutionsfor new and existing buildings, acquired Technion, a Dutch installation and building physics consultancy firm, and De Installatiedesk, a subsidiary of Technion that is active in the same industry.

INNAX is a Dutch consulting company offering sustainability solutions for new and existing buildings. The mission of the company is to energize the future by (advising on) implementation of smart and energy saving solutions in building and its surroundings.

INNAX attracted a new banking facility to provide for support their growth ambitions as well as the acquisition of Technion and De Installatiedesk in May 2019.

Clairfield acted as debt advisor to INNAX.
