Audensiel acquired FOS
Audensiel, a leading global player in digital transformation, consulting, and technology, agreed to acquire a majority stake in FOS S.p.A., an innovative Italian company specialising in advanced technological solutions and listed on Euronext Growth Milan (FOS:IM).
Audensiel is a French key player in digital transformation, business consulting, and technology consulting with 2,000 employees and 22 locations. The group supports clients from all industries worldwide in areas such as digital factory, consulting, data/AI, cybersecurity, and cloud/devops. With a strong culture of innovation and an agile organisation, Audensiel stands out with its unique positioning at the intersection of technology and digital consulting. Since 2022, Audensiel has been backed by the investment fund Sagard alongside Capza to support its international growth.
Founded in 1999, FOS offers system integration and software development services, application and infrastructure outsourcing, research, development, and prototyping of innovative technological solutions, and telecommunications services. Main sectors of activity include industrial, finance, healthcare and medical, telco, utilities, and public administration. FOS employs approximately 350 people in nine locations: Genoa, Milan, Turin, Rome, Caserta, Benevento, Bolzano, Vilnius (Lithuania), and Verona, as well assix research laboratories in collaboration with university centers and public. FOS has revenues of approximately EUR 30 million and is listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
