Valérie Kinon

Valérie has been an associate partner at Clairfield in Belgium since 2013.

She has over 20 years of active experience in corporate finance, including private placement projects. In addition to being an associate partner at Clairfield, Belgium, she is a professor of finance at ICHEC Brussels Management School and IESEG School of Management (Lille and Paris).

Valérie has specifically gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of IPOs as she has worked on various IPO files on small and major stock markets.

Before joining Clairfield, Valérie worked at Dexia (Belfius), KPMG, EY, BBL (ING) Investment Banking, Delta Lloyd Securities Corporate Finance, Brussels Stock Exchange (Euronext Brussels), and Federation of European Stock Exchanges.

Valérie holds a PhD in management sciences from Aix-Marseille University and a master’s in commercial sciences from HEC Liège Management School. She is also an accredited European Financial Analyst.
