Thabo Ndimande

Thabo is a seasoned corporate finance adviser who has advised clients on M&A and ECM transactions locally and crossborder.

Thabo has been involved in the delistings of Long4Life Ltd and Liberty Two Degrees Ltd and the proposed delisting of Safari Investments by Community Property Company. He has also assisted with the disposals of Amrod Corporate Solutions to Oppenheimer Partners and Accelerate Property Fund Europe (a real estate portfolio in Austria and Slovakia) to Slate Asset Management. He also enabled public equity capital raise transactions for Growthpoint Properties Ltd (ZAR 4.3 billion), NEPI Rockcastle N.V. (ZAR 5.2 billion), MAS P.L.C.  (ZAR 2.6 billion), and Resilient REIT Ltd (ZAR 2.5 billion). Other transactions include a private equity capital raise for Respublica Student Living, a B-BBEE transaction to unwind MTN Zakhele with the subsequent creation of the MTN Zakhele Futhi B-BBEE scheme by MTN Group Ltd.

Thabo joined RMB in 2018 following his tenure at Nedbank Corporate Finance and Java Capital where he provided corporate advisory solutions to the real estate sector.

Thabo is a chartered accountant.
