Ricardo Moreno

Ricardo is a seasoned investment banking and corporate finance professional having held positions with Dresdner Kleinwort (director of FIG), Apax PE (director), CFO of the gaming company Codere SA, and most recently as an independent M&A advisor working with private clients.

Ricardo is also a professor of financial statements analysis and game theory at the IE’s masters in finance programme at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Additionally, he is senior advisor to SATEC, a leading telecommunications engineering company, and a non-executive director at Geodesic Innovations, a Madrid-based water disinfection technology business. He was previously a non-executive director at Clinica Baviera (2004-2016), Europe’s leading chain of ophthalmology practices, and member of the advisory board of Abraxa IFS SGECR, a photovoltaic private equity fund (2006-2011).
