Previously Philip worked as a tax lawyer at Loyens & Loeff where he advised corporate clients in restructuring and refinancing, M&A transactions, and setting up international investment structures.

Philip holds a masters in international and European tax law from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from IESE Business School.
