Müge Tuna

Muge has more than 25 years’ experience providing corporate finance advice to local Turkish and international clients. She has advised on both public and private M&A transactions, including major privatization projects of the government, and all types of capital markets transactions (initial and secondary public offerings and bond issuance) of Turkish corporates and family businesses.

Muge has been an independent board member at Suwen since 2022 and at Odine as of August 2024. Previously she worked at Garanti BBVA Securities from 2004 to 2016 and TSKB (Turkish Industrial Development Bank), both at corporate finance and treasury departments, from 1990 to 2002. Before joining Clairfield in Turkey, she was the general manager of Emaar Square Mall Istanbul for two years. Muge serves on the High Advisory Counsel of Turkish Investor Relations Association (TUYID) and the Capital Markets Working Group of Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD).

Muge holds a degree in economics and an MBA from Bosphorus University, Istanbul.
