Mark Steinhardt

Mark has almost 20 years´ experience analysing equity markets and working with business owners. His areas of expertise are in professional services, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

Mark joined Clairfield Australia in 2010 as an associate director. His career started in 2003 as an equities analyst, providing research to institutional investors on listed Australian equities. Following this, Mark worked for 18 months at Transpacific Industries, assisting the company through a major recapitalisation process and subsequently implementing an investor relations function. Mark has led a number of highly successful transactions, including those with private equity and offshore investors.

Mark holds undergraduate degrees in commerce and science from University of Southern Queensland. He is a CFA Charterholder and is RG146 compliant.
