Laurence d’Halleine

Laurence recently joined Clairfield International in Paris as a partner. She has 30 years of experience in financial markets and corporate finance, specifically M&A.

Prior to joining Clairfield, in 2010 Laurence co-founded the M&A boutique Alienor Partners in Bordeaux to cover the southwest of France, an area rich in family business and entrepreneurship. She managed the firm for more than 13 years, advising sell and buy-side transactions as well as LBOs and MBOs across a broad range of industries including healthcare, cosmetics, and retail. She started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, then joined Exane BNP Paribas, a broker based out of Paris, where she was involved in reorganizing capital structure for listed companies.

Laurence is also committed to the growth and attractiveness of her local community and its economic landscape with a mandate as director and vice president of BEAM, Bordeaux Events And More (an event hosting and organisation firm).

Laurence holds a masters from Paris Dauphine-PSL and a degree from Montpellier Business School. She is also a member of Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF).
