Krishna Nagar

Krishna has a broad cross-section of corporate finance experience advising on M&A, equity capital markets, restructure and BEE transactions. His main focus has been on financial sponsor clients and their portfolio companies across all spheres of corporate activity. He has led some of the largest and most complex transactions in the broader South African market.

Krishna joined RMB in 2006. After five years in the RMB Johannesburg office, Krishna moved to London in 2011 to focus on crossborder M&A activity, returning in late 2013 to the Johannesburg office, where he has been based for the last decade.

Krishna is a qualified actuary and a fellow of the Actuarial Society of SA (FASSA) and is a CFA charterholder.
