Kenji Hamai supports the Yamada Consulting Group’s (YCG) clients with various management matters, including business portfolio reform, alliance strategy, governance enhancement, and risk management. Before joining YCG, he served in important positions at Asahi Kasei, including primary executive officer and senior general manager/manager of material business. He also has experience serving as the head of the Nobeoka office, Asahi Kasei’s largest production site in Japan.
