Kasen Zhang

Kasen Zhang is a consultant and international coordinator at Yamada Consulting Group, Clairfield’s exclusive partner for japan and Singapore. She joined Yamada Consulting Group in 2022.

Kasen specialises in both the origination and execution of crossborder M&A transactions across diverse sectors, especially retail and consumer, food, and services. Her responsibilities include supporting the promotion and management of necessary transactions as a whole, consideration of transaction structuring, implementation of valuation, oversight of due diligence, support for negotiation of terms, and preparation of disclosure materials. Kasen is a trilingual speaker in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

Kasen graduated with master’s degree in politics from Waseda University in 2018.
