Kalum De Silva

Over the course of his 13-year career in private equity and 20-year career as a senior director, Kalum has worked closely with the investor community and lending associations to build and lead high-performance teams across the globe.

Kalum’s areas of expertise are in private equity, strategic initiatives, due dilligence and commercial negotiations. He has managed the investment and divestment process for a range of high growth businesses across various jurisdictions. With a passion for building business value through strategic initiatives, Kalum has a keen interest in productivity gains, team motivation and cost-optimisation.

Kalum holds an MBA and a masters of professional accounting from the Queensland University of Technology. He is a certified practicing accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
