Janusz Nowak

Janusz is a director at Clairfield Poland, which he joined in 2000.​

He has over 30 years mergers & acquisitions and banking experience. His key clients include PGE, PKN ORLEN, PGNiG, Fortum, and EDF in the cleantech & energy sector; KGHM Polska Miedz, and Kuznia Ostrow Wielkopolski in the industrial sector; and ARS Medical, CM LIM, and ENEL-MED in the healthcare sector, and expondo in the e-commerce sector. He was previously a director in BISE Bank (DnB Nord) and Bank Handlowy (Citi Bank)​

Janusz received a degree from the Warsaw Technical University and completed post-graduate consultancy studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and CETT (ACCA).
