Irshaad is responsible for corporate finance-related advisory services for clients globally and leads a team of over 70 talented professionals across South Africa, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and India to build long-term client relationships, provide strategic support, connectivity and access to enable our client’s growth ambitions.

Irshaad has over 17 years of investment banking experience in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions and has led several landmark transactions during his time at RMB & Morgan Stanley involving mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, take-privates, general corporate finance, initial public offerings, and other forms of capital raising.
