Ian Goodwin

Ian joined Clairfield in Australia in 2024 as director of technology M&A. He works with midmarket technology companies and their founders to build and realise shareholder value.

Ian has over 30 years’ experience in tech with IPO and extensive buy and sellside M&A experience. He is a serial business builder, senior executive, board director, and advisor with an impeccable track record for delivering growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

Ian is the former co-founder and managing director of Cludo – Australia’s multi-awarded salesforce platinum consulting partner – which sold to Viseo in 2020. He is an advisory board member for Endiem a Salesforce Partner and holds a business management degree from the Queensland University of Technology.
