Harps Dhami

Harps joined Clairfield in October 2021 with 25 years’ business experience in financial services.

During the last 14 years, Harps delivered asset-based finance solutions to mid-market companies requiring refinancing, restructuring, growth, and transactional funding for a number of leading banks & asset-based lenders. Following university, Harps spent five years with Lloyds Bank on a retail management training program before working with Barclays and then Lombard within corporate asset finance for seven years in direct sales roles.

Harps graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Kingston University.
