Darius-Oliver Kianzad

Darius Oliver Kianzad is senior advisor and shareholder at Clairfield Germany. He focuses on the healthcare care services sector particularly on hospitals and clinics where he has advised on some of the largest transactions in the German market. In addition he has deep sector knowledge and an extensive deal track record in the cleantech and energy sectors. Darius has more than 30 years of experience in M&A, strategy, business development, and internationalization of business models.

Darius began his career at the Treuhandanstalt as a privatization manager and led corporate finance sector teams at top auditors and investment banks including as head of energy/automotive and co-head of industrials at Sal. Oppenheim. Darius was a member of the managing board at the ista group, a leading energy-service provider where he was responsible for corporate development and M&A, and was the region head for the emerging markets sector.
