Christopher Klemm

Christopher looks back on over 35 years of international corporate finance experience, in particular mergers & acquisitions. His specific area of expertise is the disposal of non-performing non-core assets, generally regarded as the most difficult niche in M&A.

After working for the investment banks S.G. Warburg, Lazard, UBS and Citigroup, Christopher founded a specialized advisory firm. Next to the corporate finance business, he co-founded the Asia2Europe Assoc., a company focused on Asian European deal flow. He co-founded Five Elements Capital, a firm engaged in resource efficiency and cleantech. His interest in cleantech led to various advisory and operating roles as well as investments in this industry segment. He held a number of directorships, also as chair.
