Christopher has over 35 years of international corporate finance experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions. His specific area of expertise is the disposal of non-performing, non-core assets, generally regarded as one of the most challenging areas in M&A.
Christopher founded a specialised advisory firm after working for the investment banks S.G. Warburg, Lazard, UBS, and Citigroup. Alongside the corporate finance business, he founded the Asia2Europe Association, a company focused on Asian European deal flow. He co-founded Five Elements Capital, a firm engaged in resource efficiency and cleantech. His strong interest in cleantech led to various advisory and operating roles as well as investments in this industry segment. During his career, Christopher has also held several directorships and chair positions.
Christopher holds degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Birmingham and business administration from the European Business School.
