Brian O’Hare

Brian O’Hare was a founding partner of Clairfield in Spain and Clairfield International where he was a skilled dealmaker, advisor, and friend to numerous clients.

Brian served on the board of Seahill Property LLC and BCT Capital, Ltd. and on the board of the paper company Alier from 2010 to 2014. He was president of the American Society of Barcelona from 1995 to 1999. He was also the treasurer and first vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain for more than 20 years, playing a key role in its revival. He was a member of the Institute of Venture Capital in Spain and the Círculo de Ecuestre of Barcelona. Brian was also an assistant coach for the FC Barcelona youth ice hockey program.

Brian earned an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain.

Brian passed away after a brief illness in 2024. We miss his wisdom and joie de vivre every day.
