Andrew Wheeler

Andrew’s areas of expertise are engineering & mining services, food & agribusiness, information communication technology, and health & medical services. Andrew’s key strengths are his ability to qualify genuine opportunities, and ensure expectations of all parties are aligned from the outset to ensure positive outcomes.

Andrew joined the firm in 2014, bringing with him a diverse commercial background in property development, construction structured finance, capital and equity markets, and general corporate advisory services.

Andrew gained his property development experience in South Africa, focusing on the redevelopment of industrial structures. He continued his focus on property development and related finance in Australia as director at Novus Capital and partner at Luminar International. Following the financial downturn, Andrew began his focus on the merger and acquisition market. His current specialty is capital raisings and business succession.

Andrew graduated from the University of South Africa with a degree in accounting.
