Jörn Werner

Jörn has wide ranging experience with PE-owned and public companies as well as family-owned businesses. He holds a variety of non-executive positions and senior advisorships. He is very experienced in digital transformation, retail, and distribution.

He held leadership positions as CEO at the family-owned Berner and Conrad Electronic, as well as at ATU (PE-backed restructuring and sale) and the quoted Dax 30 group Ceconomy AG.
