Sector snapshot H2 2024: ICT Services M&A
Partner Shah Zaki together with associate director Nick Wall, analysed the M&A activity of the second half of 2024 in the ICT services M&A.
The number of ICT Services M&A transactions in H2 2024 totalled 170, increasing from 137 in H1 2024. The telecoms&networks subsector continues to be very active, accounting for 58 of thetotal transactions. Strategic buyer volumes increased as businesses regain confidence in the market. This is seen through the volume of strategic trade deals increasing from 113 in H1 2024 to 136 in H2 2024.
