Yasushi Aono

Upon joining SMBC Nikko Securities, Yasushi managed domestic and crossborder M&A projects for many public and private firms, and specialised in healthcare, food, and distribution-related transactions. In 2016 he joined what was formerly known as the Yamada Financial Advisory Service (FAS), and upon its merger with Yamada Consulting Group in 2017, he founded the crossborder M&A division as head of the financial solutions department.
