Revolt, founded within Pon Holdings, is active in placing and operating chargers in the Netherlands. The fast-growing company has established a prominent presence within the semi-public domain with many high-profile customers and charge points.
Sakko Groep, well-known for the operation of petrol stations and the supply of fuel, is actively transitioning towards sustainable mobility through its subsidiary Orange Charging.
By acquiring Revolt, Sakko Groep strengthens its position in sustainable mobility and further allows to grow its CPO activities.
