Clairfield advises TMI on the sale to House of HR
The leading Dutch healthcare staffer Tosca Medisch Interim (TMI) was sold to House of HR, one of the largest employment agencies of the Benelux.
Founded in 2001, TMI specializes in the recruitment and staffing in the healthcare market across a wide range of functions and segments. TMI places healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, paramedics and supportive personnel at various types of clients, for instance hospitals, nursing homes and public health organisations. In addition, the company supplies temporary staff, intermediates for freelancers and offers flex jobs.
With a revenue of ca. EUR 100 million in 2021 and a pool of over 4.000 healthcare professionals, TMI is one of the largest HR-service providers in the Dutch healthcare market.
House of HR is a leading HR-service group, headquartered in Belgium and backed by French private equity firm Naxicap. The group consists of 8 companies operating over 40 brands. With the TMI acquisition, House of HR aims to have a much stronger presence in the health care sector, a market in which the group has long wanted to position itself on a larger scale.
For TMI, the acquisition is also a new phase in their growth process. The support of House of HR allows them to further expand their position in the European market, over and above the already strong position in their own country.
