Clairfield advises Holonite on MBO

Holonite is a Dutch manufacturer of building elements for house building mainly consisting of composite. Clairfield in the Netherlands acted as advisor to management in the buyout of management, together with Egeria in the acquisition of the shares held by Rabo Participaties and Halder Investements.
