Adveo sold Adveo Benelux to PBS Holding AG

Adveo, a French supplier of business and office supplies, sold Adveo Benelux, a wholesaler and distributor of business and office supplies, to PBS Holding AG.

Headquartered in France, Adveo is one of the leading European players in the wholesale distribution of office products present in France, Belgium Luxembourg and the Netherlands under the brands Calipage, Top Office, Plein Ciel, and Buro+. Founded in 1954, Adveo Belgium is Benelux #1 value-added wholesale distributor of business supplies (including paper, ink & toner, facility, and office & school supplies). The subsidiary acts as a business partner to its customers through its various services, brands and marketing initiatives, delivering over 230,000 products to over 1,500 dealers across the Benelux. Since 2019, Adveo group is owned by Sandton Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York.

PBS Holding is a leading office products distributor and reseller in Central and Eastern Europe. As part of its multi-channel strategy, it supplies wholesale, contract, online and retail customers in 8 countries. PBS employs more than 1,400 people and generated annual revenue of approximately EUR 435 million in 2023.

This strategic transaction will provide Adveo Benelux with the resources and value to its customers. For PBS Holding it marks its entry into the Benelux market, enhancing its footprint in Europe and strengthening its position as a key industry leader.
