Liam Hadfield

Liam joined Clairfield in 2021, where he is responsible for providing buy and sell-side transaction support, research and financial analysis. He is experienced as a lead advisor on buy and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors, including industrials, business services, healthcare and food and beverage. Liam also has experience undertaking financial due diligence assignments and financial valuations.

Liam has been a lead advisor for an international PE-backed business services provider on multiple UK acquisitions. He has financial modelling experience for a technology-driven family-owned SME and has experience advising on EOT sales, MBO’s and corporate restructurings.

Liam graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in accounting and finance. He is also an ACA chartered accountant, having trained in the corporate finance team at Crowe U.K. LLP.
