Wouter Giard

Wouter Giard is partner at Clairfield Netherlands which he joined in 2025. He has extensive experience in M&A Advisory working for private equity funds, entrepreneurs and corporates with a particular focus on business services and technology.

Wouter started his career in 2008 at ABN AMRO where he contributed to rebuilding its investment banking activities and working on a broad range of M&A transactions. After 10 years, he joined PwC Corporate Finance where he was responsible for origination and execution of mid-market M&A transactions in business services and technology.

Wouter holds a master’s degree in business economics from the University of Amsterdam.
