Clairfield advises Nordic Climate Group on acquiring T&S
Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services and installations of cooling and heating systems, acquired T&S Klimaattechniek, a Dutch installation company focused on cooling systems.
Nordic Climate Group is a leading player in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations with the goal of being a self-evident role model in sustainable climate solutions. The group was formed in 2021 and consists of over 80 local establishments and has over 1,600 employees. Nordic Climate Group is owned by a broad group of entrepreneurs and employees together with Altor.
T&S Klimaattechniek was established in 1999 and has developed installations and service offerings to customers primarily in data centers and HVAC for commercial buildings. T&S operates with 30 employees with a strong focus on energy efficient solutions.
With the simultaneous acquisitions of T&S Klimaattechniek and Compair Airconditioning, NCG establishes its position in the Dutch market. It intends to further reinforce its position in the coming years.
Clairfield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Nordic Climate Group.
