Clairfield advises Bouvigne Wijnimport on its MBI

Since 1977, Bouvigne Wijnimport imports quality wines from all over the world for the specialized wine retailer. The company was acquired by the Rynja family through a Management Buy In. Vondel Finance acquired a minority shareholding in the new company.
