Nordic Climate Group acquired Airvek
Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services and installations of cooling and heating systems, acquired Airvek, a Dutch installation company focused on cooling solutions, air conditioning, and air handling.
Nordic Climate Group is a leading player in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations with the goal of being a self-evident role model in sustainable climate solutions. The group was formed in 2021 and consists of over 100 local establishments and has over 1,800 employees. Nordic Climate Group is owned by a broad group of entrepreneurs and employees together with Altor.
Airvek, founded in 1979, is jointly led with Verhaar Gebeko by Andries van der Gaag, who joined in 1994. Airvek focuses primarily on cooling, air conditioning, and air handling projects, from design to installation, for commercial clients.
With the acquisition of Airvek, NCG establishes its position in the Dutch market. It intends to further reinforce its position in the coming years.
