The current management, together with Vondel Private Equity, acquired all the shares of PROMEXX Technical Automation B.V. from the founders Eric Schuerman and Maarten Beijloos.
PROMEXX offers staffing services and fixed-price projects in technical software development for mechatronic systems. It has extensive expertise in machine interfaces, web-based applications, databases, motion, robotics, and vision.
