Clairfield advises Impuls Gebäudedienste GmbH on the sale to Gebäudeservice Dietrich West KG

Founded in 1984 in Cologne, Impuls Gebäudeservice began as an owner-operated craft business focused on all aspects of building cleaning. Over time, the company honed its expertise in the healthcare sector, progressively broadening its portfolio to include a variety of domestic services.

The company also offers industrial cleaning, glass and surface protection, building cleaning services including maintenance cleaning, and building caretaker services including facility management, emergency service, and logistic and transport services such as pick-up/delivery and goods/laundry logistics. Nearly half of the company’s services, at 46%, are provided to hospitals, outpatient clinics, medical practices and retirement homes.

Impuls is a strong regional provider with an excellent reputation, which is confirmed by long-standing customer relationships. The company employs around 220 cleaning specialists and 18 employees in administration and customer service.

The Dietrich Group, which offers a wide range of facility management and infrastructure services too, was founded in 1918 and is a third-generation family-run company with 4,500 employees, a turnover of more than EUR 300 million and four legally independent companies.
