Clairfield advises Centrick on the sale of its high street lettings business to Lomond Group
Centrick Property Sales (West Midlands) and Centrick Property Sales (East Midlands) were sold to Lomond Group, a leading UK network of lettings and sales agents.
The transaction included a portfolio of approximately 1,300 rental properties, and 25 staff across three branches.
LDC-backed Lomond described the transaction as the “perfect geographical and strategic fit” for LDC, and represents its 50th acquisition in three years. The Group now has a lettings portfolio of approximately 43,000 units.
Clairfield International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Centrick.
