SyBridge Technologies is a Michigan-based global industrial technology company established by Crestview Partners in 2019. Serving clients across multiple Industries, Sybridge provides a comprehensive value-added design and production solutions.
The transaction was strategic in nature as SyBridge Technologies looked to expand their presence in the Canadian marketplace and diversify their business by offering solutions to the automotive industry which Advantage Engineering predominantly specializes in.
