Big Ass Battery, a leading Dutch manufacturer in smart battery storage systems, accelerates its growth and reinforces its position with a strategic investment by Philippe van Esch, a Dutch renowned entrepreneur.

Big Ass Battery was established in 2021 and is a leading player in the smart battery storage industry, supporting customers in infrastructure & construction, industrials, and energy trading. The company enables energy savings, peak shaving, and energy monetisation with its product portfolio including scalable mobile energy storage systems up to 800 kW.

The partnership with informal investor Philippe van Esch will further accelerate Big Ass Battery’s growth plans, enabling the company to even further strengthen its positions and expand its market research.
