Filippo Guicciardi

Filippo is one of the founders of Clairfield International SA and he is CEO of Equita K Finance, which represents Clairfield in Italy.

Filippo specializes in mergers & acquisitions specifically in the textile, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, logistics, and machine-tool sectors. He has in-depth knowledge of the private equity industry and has worked with all the main players in the Italian market. In addition to his M&A activity, Filippo handles finance-related issues on the board of Clairfield International.

After gaining experience in a multinational auditing company, Filippo worked for a Milan consulting company that specialises in SMEs.

Filippo is a founding member of “Tavolo M&A” of AIFI, the Italian association for Private Equity and Venture Capital.

He holds a degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
