Kai-Peter Burger

Kai has been a managing partner at Clairfield’s Vienna office since 2016. He has 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and M&A transactions in the DACH- and CEE region. He has advised on buy-side and sell-side projects as well as on capital raisings.

Kai started his career at Price Waterhouse Vienna in the corporate finance and bank audit department. Thereafter he joined EPIC, an M&A boutique active in Central and Eastern Europe. In 1999, Kai together with his partners Berend and Oliver set up their own M&A advisory boutique, focused primarily on the internet & media and software & IT sectors transactions in Austria and CEE.

Kai holds a masters in economics and business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
