Nordic Climate Group acquired IJskoud B.V.
Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services and installations of cooling and heating systems, acquired IJskoud B.V., a Dutch installation company focused on cooling, freezing, and air conditioning.
Nordic Climate Group is a leading player in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations with the goal of being a self-evident role model in sustainable climate solutions. The group was formed in 2021 and consists of over 100 local establishments and has over 1,800 employees. Nordic Climate Group is owned by a broad group of entrepreneurs and employees together with Altor.
IJskoud B.V. was established in 1935 and is specialized in cooling, climate technology, and energy efficiency solutions for hotels, hospitals, laboratories, and public buildings. IJskoud B.V. operates 24 employees.
With the acquisition of IJkoud B.V., NCG strengthens its position in the Dutch cooling and freezing installations market. It intends to further reinforce its position in the coming years.
