Clairfield advises Faceland on the sale to Verlinvest
Faceland, a leading chain of branded medical aesthetics clinics, has reached an agreement with Verlinvest, the Belgian-based, family-backed evergreen investment company, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the business.
Faceland is the leading chain of medical aesthetics clinics in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. Faceland has more than 30 clinics and performs well over 130,000 treatments annually.
This new partnership will enable Faceland to accelerate its pan-European expansion within the fast-growing medical aesthetics market and execute its mission of improving access to high-quality cosmetic medicine for all patients.
Clairfield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Faceland.
