Clairfield advises Adevinta ASA (ADE) on the sale of Használtautó.hu, Jófogás, and Autónavigátor to Ingatlan.com

Adevinta ASA, the premier European online classifieds specialist, sold Adevinta Hungary to Ingatlan, the leading real-estate classifieds platform in Hungary.

With revenues of EUR 1.6 billion in 2022, Adevinta ASA provides technology-based services to connect buyers with sellers and to facilitate transactions from real estate to motors and consumer goods. The Group has a portfolio spanning digital marketplaces in 11 countries and more than 25 digital brands, covering one billion people, and attracting approximately an average of 2.5 billion monthly visits.
Adevinta Hungary is a dominant local classifieds operator. Its portfolio includes Használtautó.hu, the #1 motors marketplace and go-to platform for the sale and purchase of used cars, and Jófogás,one of the leading generalist online classifieds sites in Hungary. In addition, the company operates Autónavigátor, a content site of Használtautó that posts motor reviews and news.
