David Freudenthal

David is an associate at Clairfield in Frankfurt, which he joined in 2019. He also acts as the Clairfield research analyst for the global healthcare practice group in its crossborder business development initiatives.

During his time at Clairfield, he has advised several sell-side and buy-side transactions across various sectors, including the acquisition of the global market leader in front loaders, Ålö AB, by JOST Werke AG, a German listed manufacturer of safety systems for commercial vehicles.

In addition to his M&A experience, David has worked in the areas of strategy consulting at Stern Stewart & Co., corporate finance advisory at NAI Global in Frankfurt, and business planning and development at Philip Morris International.

David graduated from Durham University Business School in the UK with a degree in finance.
